About The Position

Club America, powered by TPUSA, is seeking a highly skilled, strategic, and mission-driven leader to oversee and elevate a portion of the nation’s largest and most innovative grassroots field program. This leadership position plays a critical role in strengthening team performance, alignment, and execution within an assigned region. The Regional Manager works closely with their respective Deputy Director to implement national strategy at the regional level, support Field Representatives in meeting and exceeding departmental goals, and ensure operational excellence across all territories within their region. The individual selected for this role will lead by providing consistent coaching, accountability, and direction, while helping Field Representatives develop strong recruitment pipelines, grow chapters, and build impactful activist networks on campuses and in communities. Core responsibilities include collecting and analyzing field reports, executing regional initiatives, conducting performance evaluations and ride-alongs, and directly supporting the hiring, training, and ongoing development of Field Representatives. A Regional Manager also represents Club America and TPUSA at regional events, conferences, and campus engagements, promoting the mission and amplifying the work of their field team and student activists both in person and across social media platforms. This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with campus partners, community leaders, and internal stakeholders. Regional Managers serve as key culture carriers within the Field Program, modeling expectations, reinforcing standards, and advancing TPUSA’s mission through mentorship, public engagement, and organizational representation. The ideal candidate is a disciplined, collaborative leader who can manage people effectively, solve problems decisively, and drive sustained regional growth while embodying TPUSA’s values of grassroots humility, warrior spirit, and persistent innovation.

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with various groups of people
  • Knowledge of project management software (Google Apps, Airtable, HubSpot)
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, such as X, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Eagerness to build a strong personal brand
  • Passion for conservative ideals and principles
  • Flexibility and eagerness to learn in a dynamic work environment
  • Positive and goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and initiative
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsive

  • Demonstrates the physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 15 lbs
  • Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and ability to travel to locations as needed
