Turning Point USA is seeking a highly skilled, professional, and motivated individual to assist in the nation’s largest and most innovative issue advocacy field operation. The Club America Field Coordinator is responsible for working specifically with Turning Point USA student groups to launch new chapters, maintain established chapters, organize daily campus initiatives, recruit new activists, and develop strong activist networks throughout their assigned territory. Field Coordinators are also responsible for importing and organizing recruitment-related data, conducting outreach to prospective members, giving oral presentations, representing the organization at events and conferences, representing the organization and the efforts of our student activists on social media, managing the territory’s students, and developing new activism plans. The ideal candidate can work collaboratively to ensure the success of chapters, activists, and the Field Program overall - while embodying company culture with the following traits: grassroots humility, warrior spirit, and persistent innovation. Please note, the nature of this role is temporary with an expected duration of three to four months. While there is no guarantee of future employment with the organization, excelling in this role may provide an advantage when seeking future opportunities as Turning Point USA continues to grow.
