About The Position

Provide a comprehensive and varied range of services to our Members and Guests visiting our unique lounge spaces, to include: delivery of food & beverage elements, including food handling and knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits; assistance with concierge-like services such as assistance with park tickets, VIP Tours, dining reservations; and retail transaction processing. Assist Members with Club 33 specific merchandise inquiries and transactions, including retail sales on a Point-of-Sale (POS) system and coordination of shipping Draw upon Disney expertise to enhance Member vacation experiences by suggesting and recommending unique offerings on property customized to their preferences and interests Embody and personify our Diversity & Inclusion initiatives while demonstrating an unwavering commitment to promote an environment where everyone is included and feels comfortable being their authentic self Cultivate and maintain professional, yet personalized relationships with Club Members and Guests Ensure utmost levels of discretion and confidentiality, guarding the privacy and exclusivity of our high-affinity, VIP Members, which could include celebrities, dignitaries, and other high-profile individuals Demonstrate adaptability to the fluctuating needs of our operations and the plans of our Members and Guests Physical role requiring prolonged walking, standing, heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and kneeling Proper and safe handling of Chemicals and other cleaning supplies, following protocols set forth in location Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) Adhere to Walt Disney World and State Food Safety regulations and practices Additional Personal Protective Equipment (face shields, goggles, etc.) may be required

Requirements

  • Valid Florida Driver's License
  • Minimum five (5) years of Guest Service experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Walt Disney World Resort® property, experiences and products and the surrounding local Orlando area
  • Creativity to find solutions and "solve for yes" to enhance the vacation experience of our Club Members and Guests
  • Talent for developing relationships at all levels of the organization and leveraging partnerships across different lines of businesses
  • Capacity to manage conflict resolution and make decisions through a delicate balance of integrity and partner resourcing
  • Knowledge and familiarity with industry-leading service excellence standards as set forth by notable entities such as Forbes, AAA, and Michelin
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as telephone etiquette
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Full-Time requires a flexible schedule with FULL availability for any shift seven days per week, including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Internal Cast Members must meet the following transfer eligibility guidelines: No more than one (1) reprimand in the past six (6) months No more than four (4) attendance entries in the past six (6) months
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of applications such as Guest Service Suite, A la Carte, Lilo, Salesforce, Baymax, ATS, SnAPP, and MIKE 3
  • Physical role requiring prolonged walking, standing, heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and kneeling

Nice To Haves

  • Cicerone & Sommelier training or certification
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
