As a part of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Technical Support Engineering Manager and collaborate with various teams including Support, Product, Development, and Quality Assurance. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping our enterprise customers integrate their applications with Wasabi's innovative cloud storage solutions. You will assist our partners in successfully deploying Wasabi into their customer environments, ensuring a seamless experience. A key aspect of your responsibilities will involve exploring the inner workings of the S3 protocol and understanding how it communicates with Wasabi's services. You will also engage with Wasabi's sales and development engineers worldwide to enhance our service offerings and improve customer satisfaction. This position is not just about technical support; it is about being a part of a pioneering team that is redefining the cloud storage industry. You will have the chance to contribute to the development of new tools and utilities that interact with Wasabi Cloud, and you will be involved in diagnosing, researching, reproducing, and reporting defects while working closely with our Research and Development team. Your work will include testing our storage service with third-party storage applications and collaborating with customers on their specific storage-related use cases.
