Cloud Systems Administrator (1-4 years of experience)

Sectra is seeking a Cloud Systems Administrator I to support and operate our SaaS solutions hosted in Microsoft Azure. This role is ideal for someone with a strong IT or systems background who is early in their cloud journey and wants to grow in a production, regulated healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of Sectra’s Azure-hosted SaaS environments
- Perform system administration across Windows (and some Linux) servers
- Assist with system monitoring, alerting, and basic troubleshooting
- Execute OS and application updates following established processes
- Support backup, restore, and resiliency activities
- Assist with identity and access management tasks
- Participate in incident resolution and escalation as part of a team
- Contribute to automation and scripting efforts (PowerShell preferred)
- Work closely with senior engineers, security, and project teams
- Other duties as assigned
- Travel as required (up to 25%)
