About The Position

The role of the Cloud/Systems Administrator (CSA) is to provide the setup, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the College's servers, infrastructure, and services. These services include but are not limited to Windows Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, VMware infrastructure, Microsoft Azure IaaS/PaaS, Domain Name Services, printing services, replication services for Disaster Recovery, and Database server infrastructure. The CSA will also assist other positions within ITS with troubleshooting servers/services as well as acting as a backup during unplanned absences. The CSA's role is to ensure the smooth and continual availability of the systems and services they manage while coordinating maintenance and service windows with the College community.
