Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Cloud System Administrator to join our team and support our client near the Orlando, FL areaa. What you’ll be doing:

Requirements

  • 4 years of general systems administration experience demonstrating progressive responsibilities
  • 3 years of experience performing Windows or Linux system administration duties
  • Experience supporting a cloud environment (AWS preferred) to include delivering, securing/managing, and diagnosing/troubleshooting complex issues
  • Experience in a DevSecOps environment (e.g., working with configuration management tools, applying automation & infrastructure as code concepts)
  • Must have an active TS/SCI level clearance with willingness to take a polygraph

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Discipline, or 4 years of equivalent professional or military experience can be used in lieu of degree requirements
  • Ansible, PowerShell, and/or Bash Scripting experience
  • Jira Software & JQL
  • Microsoft Identity & Access Management Configuration experience
  • Familiarity with Group Policy Object Management
  • Familiarity with configuration management and engineering life-cycle best practices
  • Working knowledge of Certificate/CA/PKI Infrastructure
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting, testing, and documenting system configurations (Win 2016/2019 & RHEL 7/8)
  • Hardening systems to meet security standards
  • Maintaining COTS & GOTS software
  • Sustaining production systems (i.e., firewalls, file servers, security monitoring systems, etc.) that serve many end users
  • Interfacing with customers in writing and via telephone to provide technical guidance designed to quickly resolve reported problems
  • Coordinating tasks amongst disperate systems to maintain project schedule
  • Coordinate team member activities
