Requirements

  • Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree.
  • 3+ years of related experience.
  • Proven experience with Azure cloud services and migration projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance.
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II certified.
  • 1 Cloud Certification in representative cloud where work is performed (Azure or AWS).
  • Ability to work on call.

Responsibilities

  • Designs, architects, deploys and maintains cloud solutions.
  • Migrating data from on-premises or legacy systems to the Cloud.
  • Administering Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Monitoring system health and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Conducting risk assessments.
  • Identifying technical requirements.
  • Managing project timelines.
  • Identifying and recommending opportunities for optimization and cost savings in the cloud environment.
  • Working with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met during and after migration.
  • Providing post-migration support and address any issues that arise.
  • Documenting configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Automating administrative tasks using PowerShell scripts.
  • Implement security and compliance policies.
  • Managing user accounts, permissions, and licensing.
  • Ensuring seamless integration, security, and optimal performance of Microsoft 365 applications such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
