About The Position
The Cloud SysOps Administrator position is part of the Information Technology Services (ITS) at Rhode Island College, which is responsible for maintaining and operating the on-premises data centers and the multi-cloud virtual data center and collaboration infrastructures. The college serves approximately 6,400 students and is known for its high-quality academic programs and personalized learning experiences. The primary purpose of this role is to plan, design, implement, operate, monitor, and support technical solutions related to all cloud services needs of the college.
