About The Position
As Vista Group transitions existing on-premise customers to our cloud platform, the Cloud Solution Consultant is a critical role responsible for ensuring migrations are scoped accurately, risk is identified early, and delivery is efficient and predictable. This role leads the discovery process and owns the end-to-end solution design. You'll identify how customers are using our platform, uncover customisations, and translate this into solution design documentation that supports effective project delivery and scope control. This role helps avoid last-minute blockers and ensures customers and internal teams are fully aligned before delivery begins. This role will support the regional delivery team once the project is underway, stepping in to assist solving issues that arise and creating solutions to keep the delivery moving.
