As an IT team member, you’ll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing technology solutions that are the foundation of the world class customer service that our customers expect and deserve – now and in the future. The Cloud Solutions Architect. is responsible for leading and developing the architectural and product standards in the design and delivery of its technology platforms. In addition, the Architect helps to lead IT and the business in the evaluation and selection of new or emerging technologies that support the achievement of strategic goals and objectives. This role participates in the development of the overall IT Strategy that illustrates the adoption, deployment and realization of technologies, services, and capabilities that will be implemented in support of the business strategy. Working alongside the Director of Enterprise Cloud Architecture, this role will help determine how technology can be used to innovate and provide competitive advantage to the company. The Architect is expected to be a domain expert across multiple technologies and assist in mentoring development organization on those technologies. The Architect’s goal is to fully understand the business strategies, recommend technologies to enable those strategies, lead the adoption and be an expert in those technologies, and serve as an advisor and resource to the development organization, Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) and business partners.
