Oracle GDI - Government, Defense & Intelligence, is hiring a Cloud Solutions Engineer 6. This role seeks a candidate looking for a dynamic technical environment with unlimited growth. Requirements

• MUST have 15 years' experience and expertise in the clear communication of technical information to others through presentations, demonstrations, written communication and consultative solutioning experience.
• MUST have prior SES level government experience.
• BS/BA required with a post graduate degree preferred.
• Travel up to 50% may be needed.
• This position requires candidates to be based in the Reston VA/ Washington DC area. Relocation and remote options are not available.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for executive level customer engagement of HCM transformation opportunities within Federal.
• Architect and design solutions highlighting the strengths and benefits of our Cloud HCM platform.
• Align our SaaS solutions with Federal data standards.
• Develop HR IT modernization roadmaps in compliance with HR QSMO mandates.
• Improve customer success by engaging directly in Cloud HCM implementations and helping to coordinate Support/Product escalations.
• Liaison with Oracle Cloud HCM Development.
• Work with customers to understand their key priorities and transformation objectives.
• Establish adoption plans with customers as they move through solution implementation, stabilization, and optimization.
• Acts as an acknowledged authority for customers and sales on technical cloud solutions and customer success.
