About The Position

We’re seeking a Cloud Solution Architecture - Security (CSA) with deep expertise across security architecture, E5 and Azure security workloads, including AI, Applications, Infrastructure, and Data, who is passionate about solving complex problems and helping enterprise customers accelerate their digital transformation. In this senior, customer-facing role, you’ll lead strategic technical engagements, advise C-level executives, and partner with Customer Success Leaders to shape and execute security strategies that drive innovation and business value. You’ll guide customers through architecture design, deployment, and operational excellence, helping them secure AI solutions, applications, and infrastructure on endpoints, Microsoft Azure and multi-cloud environments. Requirements

  • Deep expertise in security architecture.
  • Experience with E5 and Azure security workloads.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic technical engagements with enterprise customers.
  • Advise C-level executives on security strategies.
  • Partner with Customer Success Leaders to drive innovation and business value.
  • Guide customers through architecture design, deployment, and operational excellence.
  • Help secure AI solutions, applications, and infrastructure.
  • Act as the voice of the customer/partner and internal communities.
  • Identify and translate customer/partner problems into industry solutions.
  • Drive team focus on customer/partner experience through efficient delivery.
  • Identify, escalate, and mitigate blockers using appropriate tools.
  • Deliver solutions in line with company methodologies.
  • Identify new opportunities for Consumption, Usage & Unified expansion at scale.
  • Operate according to required operational excellence and proven practice standards.
  • Leverage market insights and demand signals.
  • Contribute to leading virtual teams using knowledge of Microsoft architectures.
  • Identify gaps that enable solutions to scale across customers.
