The Global Customer Success (GCS) organization, an organization within CE&S, is leading the effort to enable customer success on the Microsoft Cloud by harnessing leading, AI-powered capabilities and human expertise to deliver innovation solutions that accelerate business value, drive operational excellence and nurture long term loyalty. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Solution Architecture-SharePoint ABS specializing in the design, deployment, and health assessment of infrastructure and client environments. The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical expertise in Intune infrastructure administration, consulting, and technical advisory services to support customers in optimizing their environments. This role is customer-facing and requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with technical teams, non-technical stakeholders, and organizational leadership. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience working on technical projects.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must have authorization to work in United States that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 5+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 3+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).

Responsibilities

• Drives operational excellence, collaborates with teams, manages risks, and aligns work with business priorities. Delivers solutions compliant with company standards and prepares customers for success, using change management to ensure long-term adoption. Identifies new opportunities, advocates for innovative solutions, and applies industry knowledge to meet business needs.
• Removes blockers, accelerates solution deployment, and resolves business and IT constraints.
• Acts as the customer’s advocate, shares feedback, and develops actionable insights. Presents cases to influence product decisions and drives adoption of Microsoft solutions. Builds relationships with decision makers and bridges gaps between technical and business teams.
• Focuses on customer experience, defines success criteria, and resolves dissatisfaction to improve value and transformation.
• Identifies and prioritizes growth opportunities with partners, supports pre-sales efforts, and clarifies technical solutions.
• Understands market opportunities and works with partners to develop repeatable solutions and support strategic implementations.
• Promotes technical readiness, mentors team members, and drives upskilling based on market needs.
• Identifies and communicates gaps, contributes to methodologies, and provides thought leadership and innovation.
• Leads virtual teams, shares insights, represents Microsoft in industry events, and contributes to scalable solutions and intellectual property.
