Operates at the intersection of business strategy and technology execution, helping clients design scalable, interoperable, and value-driven digital ecosystems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience across enterprise technology consulting and digital solution architecture.
  • Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP (architecture, migration, and modernization).
  • Architecture: Microservices, API-led integration, and event-driven design (Kafka).
  • Data Engineering: Databricks, Spark, SQL/NoSQL data platforms.
  • DevSecOps: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
  • Consulting: IT strategy, solution blueprinting, cost and performance optimization.
  • Domain: Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Financial Services.
  • Strong communication, executive presentation, and client advisory skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Cloud certifications (AWS Solution Architect, Azure Architect Expert, or GCP Architect) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and IT leaders to define digital transformation roadmaps, assess current-state architecture, and recommend modernization strategies.
  • Conduct technology assessments, architecture reviews, and solution blueprinting to align IT investments with business outcomes.
  • Advise on cloud adoption strategies, modernization patterns, and build vs. buy decisions.
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies that enhance agility, data interoperability, and cost optimization.
  • Architect end-to-end enterprise solutions leveraging cloud-native, microservices, and API-led frameworks.
  • Design secure, scalable architectures that integrate legacy and modern systems across Azure, AWS, and GCP environments.
  • Develop reusable reference architectures and frameworks to accelerate program delivery.
  • Align with enterprise architecture governance to ensure compliance, security, and maintainability.
  • Lead agile engineering teams in building and deploying data-driven, event-driven, and cloud-native applications.
  • Champion DevSecOps, CI/CD automation, observability, and test-driven engineering practices.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and developers to ensure technical excellence and delivery predictability.
  • Architect API-first and event-driven integrations using Kafka, RESTful APIs, and FHIR frameworks.
  • Ensure seamless data exchange and lineage across systems and partner applications.
  • Drive architecture reviews, design validations, and performance optimizations.
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, SOC2, HITRUST, etc.).
  • Provide risk management, technical oversight, and stakeholder communication across delivery programs.
