About The Position

Chronos Consulting's client is seeking a motivated self-starter to help drive the adoption of multi-cloud services and solutions as part of their transformation journey to the public cloud. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in designing and deploying multi-cloud-based solutions, with a specific focus on Network and Security. As an ACE-Cloud Solution Architect, you will be a key member of the Enterprise Cloud IT team, responsible for planning, analyzing, designing, building, testing, and deploying enterprise public multi-cloud Networking and Security Architecture and strategy. You will apply your functional knowledge and technical expertise to design systems that support customer needs, making this a great career opportunity. In this role, you will report to the Program Director and engage collaboratively with team members as well as third-party vendors to assist in developing multi-cloud networking and security modernization roadmaps for the company's multi-cloud strategy. You will take a hands-on approach to emerging cloud technologies in support of infrastructure development efforts, recommending technologies that will enhance cost-effectiveness and infrastructure flexibility. Your responsibilities will include developing documentation, making recommendations, and communicating plans for investing in IT cloud infrastructure, including analyzing cost reduction opportunities for on-premises solutions. You will also present multi-cloud solutions to both business and technical audiences, including the ability to present to senior leadership. Additionally, you will provide cloud architectural expertise, direction, and assistance to systems analysts, IT cloud engineers, and other systems architects, while developing a cloud technology standards policy and overseeing the implementation of end-to-end IT cloud-integrated systems.
