About The Position

Reporting to the Software Engineering Manager, you will design, build, and operate solutions in our Azure platform to advance Conagra’s digital transformation. You will combine cloud expertise with strong software engineering practices to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions quickly. You will collaborate with platform, security, and infrastructure teams to improve developer experience and strengthen cloud-native application patterns. Your Impact Design and deliver Azure-native services such as APIs, event-driven Functions, and App Service or AKS workloads using Python or C#, applying clean architecture principles and automated tests across unit, integration, and regression layers. Implement CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, including build, test, security scanning, deployment, and rollback for multi-stage environments, while enforcing gates and approvals aligned with release policies. Automate deployments using Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, leveraging layered modules and platform guardrails for secure and efficient provisioning. Build secure-by-design systems using industry best practices such as least privilege and zero trust principles to meet governance and access standards. Design scalable synchronous and asynchronous architectures using Azure services, including Kubernetes for request/response and Service Bus for event-driven apps, applying retries, idempotency, dead-letter handling, and back-pressure for resilience. Enable end-to-end observability with Application Insights and Log Analytics. Develop generative AI-enabled features and services on Azure using agentic patterns and frameworks such as Microsoft Agent Framework. Optimize performance and cost through autoscaling rules, caching strategies, and reviews of Azure Advisor recommendations.
