About The Position

Peraton is seeking a talented Cloud Software Engineer to join our elite Cyber Missions team, where you’ll build and sustain mission-critical cloud solutions that make a real impact. As a Cloud Software Engineer, you’ll be involved across the full software lifecycle—from requirements analysis and design to development, integration, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization. You’ll also have opportunities to influence technical direction by evaluating project needs, defining tasks and timelines, and producing high-quality designs. Requirements

6+ years of hands-on software development experience across the full lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, integration, testing, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (e.g., Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering)
In lieu of a degree, an additional 4 years of relevant experience may be substituted
Active TS/SCI clearance with current polygraph
Cloud Developer Certification (required) — one or more of the following: AWS Certified Developer – Associate AWS DevOps Engineer – Professional Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) Elastic Certified Engineer
