Requirements

• Financial Services (preferred) or large enterprise experience as a Cloud SRE
• Strong experience in automation and observability
• Terraform and OpenShift platform management experience. Not just as an end user—must have experience managing these platforms

• Comfortable working across multiple platforms (AWS and GCP)

Responsibilities

• Serve as a true Cloud Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a focus on automation and observability
• Provide L3 support and SRE services for a wide range of products within the client’s cloud environment
• Handle incidents escalated from L1 & L2 teams:
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Determine if the problem is application/customer-related or platform-related
• Escalate platform issues to the engineering team
