About The Position

Indica Labs is looking for an experienced Cloud Services Engineer, specializing in cloud technologies (primarily AWS). You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud solutions for clients to support their Digital Pathology workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree. Equivalent work experience may substitute for degree requirement.
  • Two (2) years of experience working with cloud technologies.
  • Strong understanding of AWS services, features, and best practices.
  • Authorization to work in the United States, or appropriate authorization to work in the applicant’s current home country (Indica Labs, Inc. does not sponsor work visas)

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and design cloud solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Configure and deploy various AWS services, ensuring to implement best practices for security, performance, and cost optimization.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize clients' AWS environments to ensure performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Support commercial efforts by presenting Professional Services capabilities to perspective clients in seminars or tradeshows, or giving technical presentations, as required.
  • Responsible for the appropriate accessing and handling of electronic Protected Health Information (PHI) as outlined by policy and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
