The Cloud Security Instructional Designer will be responsible for maintaining and improving courseware that enables employees, customers, and partners to understand ServiceNow platform security. In addition to maintaining the training courses, this role includes capturing changes to content, developing a recertification course, maximizing the impact and effectiveness of the program, and improving user experience. The successful candidate will be a creative and resourceful team player with the drive to deliver meaningful and engaging training on time in a fast-paced environment. They will have the flexibility to learn new products and technologies quickly, as well as having experience with adult learning principles and course development methodologies.
