About The Position

Cloud Security Engineer The Opportunity: Everyone is trying to “harness the cloud,” but not everyone knows how to secure it. As a cloud security architect, you know how to assess and implement requirements that ensure the safety of information systems and protect them against intentional or inadvertent access or destruction. What if you could use your advanced cloud security skills to improve mission-critical applications for the warfighter. We need you to guide the development of cloud-based security architectures for some of the customer's most critical systems. As a cloud security engineer on our team, you'll implement security controls and frameworks within cloud environments, ensuring compliance with security policies. You’ll recommend tools and capabilities based on your research of the current environment and knowledge of various on-premise, cloud-based, and hybrid resources to address the risk management framework (RMF). Requirements

Experience implementing cloud security frameworks
Experience configuring identity and access management (IAM) solutions
Experience conducting vulnerability assessments in cloud environments
Experience with SIEM tools, zero-trust architecture, and cloud security monitoring solutions
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in a Cybersecurity or Information Assurance field, or 5+ years of experience in cloud security engineering in lieu of degree

Nice To Haves

Experience working in DoW or IC environments preferred
Experience with the RMF or ATO process
CISSP, AWS Certified Security‚ AI Specialty, or Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals certification
