About The Position

WWT is seeking strategic and hands-on Cloud Security Architect to drive cloud security posture, and operational efficiency across our cloud environments.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience
• Bachelor’s in computer security or related field degree with at least 10 years of experience.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• IAT-2 Certification
• Cloud Architect Certifications (Google Cloud preferred, or AWS and Azure)
• Extensive hands-on experience with Google cloud or AWS and Azure.
• GCP experience and coding experience in C and Angular + API experience

Responsibilities

• Conducts risk assessment and provides recommendations for application design for cloud based solutions.
• Analyzes and defines security requirements within a cloud environment.
• Supports developing solutions that meet cloud network security requirements along with integration and implementation of the network security solution.
• Performs vulnerability/risk analyses of cloud infrastructure and tenant applications during all phases of the system development lifecycle.
• Acts as a technical point of escalation.
