In this role you will be the bridge between the internal users of the platform (infrastructure, data and development teams) and our external partner that manages the platform. As owner of the platform, you not only collect the requirement of the users, you also propose and implement improvements. You will keep track of all changes and improvements, own the backlog and align with the external partner on the actual implementation. While most of this work will be done by the external partner, there is room for hands on work in the platform as well. Next to this, you will also be the go-to person in case of issues or incidents and you take the lead in having the issue resolved, either yourself or by our external partner that delivers 24/7 support.
