As a member of the DTS team, our Cloud Platform Infrastructure Operations Manager oversees the development and testing of infrastructure and data solutions for a secure multi-cloud platform that hosts business applications and services. This role collaborates with leadership, architects, and engineers to ensure high-quality, reliable, and secure infrastructure spanning cloud services, security, governance, and operational tooling – all in service of creating an economically sustainable health care system. What You Bring to Cambia: Qualifications: The Cloud Platform Infrastructure Operations Manager would have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration or a related field and 7 years of progressively responsible experience in Information Technology, including 2 years in progressive leadership roles and 3 years of experience within the cloud computing environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Skills and Attributes: Strong knowledge of IaC and configuration management tools (preferred: Ansible, Terraform) and source code management (preferred: GitHub, GitLab) Excellent technical problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail Effective communication across all levels using presentations, technical reports, and executive summaries Vendor management experience including FinOps reporting, POC evaluation, cost-benefit analysis, and product roadmap feedback Proven ability to analyze complex problems, identify requirements, and develop alternative solutions Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trust and constructive relationships across all organizational levels Experience leading design, development, testing, and deployment of applications/systems using proven or emerging technologies Ability to manage diverse staffing models (employees, contractors, consultants), support various work locations (office, remote, hybrid), and assess gaps in training, skillsets, and team dynamics
