You’re a cloud platform specialist who automates everything, enforces guardrails, and keeps platforms reliable and cost‑efficient. You lead incidents, mentor others, and partner with architecture to land secure patterns at scale. Operate and optimize hybrid cloud estates (Google Distributed Cloud/Anthos, Azure Stack, , Outposts, Nutanix) with enterprise guardrails. Design and maintain Terraform/Ansible stacks; implement reusable modules, remote state, and drift detection. Engineer Kubernetes platforms (control plane upgrades, node OS baselines, CNI, ingress/egress, registry, policy). Implement network patterns (hub/spoke, firewalls, WAF, Private Link/Endpoints); troubleshoot routing and DNS. Lead incident response and post-incident reviews; drive reliability backlogs and SLO adoption. Implement ITSG‑33-aligned controls; integrate with SIEM, KMS/HSM, and secret managers. Embed FinOps: rightsizing, reservation planning, cost visibility, and optimization guardrails. Mentor junior engineers; partner with Security, Network, App teams to enable platform consumption. Ability to work shifts/on-call; comfort working on-site in high-security environments. Travel may be required based on client demand. Accenture promotes a client-centric, flexible work environment.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years cloud platform engineering/administration.
  • Strong Linux, networking, and IaC (Terraform/Ansible/CloudFormation).
  • Kubernetes operations experience; understanding of service mesh/ingress.
  • Demonstrated incident leadership and DR/BCP execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
  • Eligibility for Reliability Clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Cloud certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP).
  • Policy-as-code and compliance automation.
  • Bilingual (English/French).
