  • Support cloud engineers by fulfilling requests for cloud configuration changes.
  • Assist in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) automation using Terraform.
  • Troubleshoot problems involving connectivity between on-premise and the cloud, IAM access and other cloud services.
  • Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to improve system observability, reliability, and performance through comprehensive monitoring and automated incident response.
  • Provide cloud solutions architecture review/guidance to clients and build reference implementations.
  • Implement cost optimization strategies and governance controls across our cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain cloud security controls and respond to security incidents.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field with 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud services in a large enterprise.
  • AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, Security Specialty) are a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of common AWS services used by developers (EC2, EBS, S3, RDS etc.).
  • Knowledge of AWS security services, especially IAM and KMS.
  • Experience with Terraform, preferably Terraform Enterprise.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools (e.g., DataDog, CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Demonstrated ability to automate manual processes and build self-service capabilities with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineers across teams and locations.
  • Experience with GCP or Azure is a plus.
