About The Position

We are seeking a candidate with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with additional exposure to AWS and Azure. The role blends 50-60% architecture and 40% operations. The environment is already established, so the focus is on reviewing, optimizing, and proposing improvements, not designing from scratch. The candidate should be able to oversee the current setup, suggest better approaches, and be hands-on when issues arise.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in cloud networking
• Strong GCP expertise (primary), familiarity with AWS and Azure (secondary)
• Hands-on experience with networking fundamentals
• Able to propose improvements and oversee existing environments
• Network engineering background with some architecture experience preferred

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to DevOps practices is a plus

Responsibilities

• Review and optimize existing cloud network setups (VPCs, networking configurations, etc.)
• Propose architecture improvements for efficiency and scalability
• Hands-on operations support when incidents occur; able to log in and troubleshoot directly
• Oversee and guide network engineers while understanding cloud architecture
• Act as a bridge between architecture and operations teams
