The Cloud Native Marketing Manager at RSM US LLP is a pivotal role designed to drive the marketing strategy and go-to-market plans for the company's Cloud Native software capabilities. This position is remote eligible and will work closely with the Consulting Marketing Leader and the RSM Business Leader for key application platforms including NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow, UKG, and Dayforce. The primary responsibility of the Cloud Native Marketing Manager is to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports the growth of RSM's services business associated with these application platforms at scale. In this role, the individual will be tasked with creating marketing plans that align with the company's applications services and solutions, focusing specifically on the aforementioned platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the enterprise applications space, co-marketing with software partners, and the B2B technology landscape. They will leverage their expertise to craft effective marketing strategies that resonate within the B2B sector. The Cloud Native Marketing Manager will engage deeply with key business leaders to implement a marketing strategy that supports the Cloud Native software capabilities. This includes understanding the business and strategic priorities, embedding within the Cloud Native Software team, and representing the voice of the client back to the business. The role requires the development of a marketing strategy that includes target audiences and value propositions to support business growth goals. Additionally, the manager will provide insights into buyer preferences and needs, ensuring that RSM's positioning and differentiators are effectively communicated through content creation. The position also involves collaboration with various marketing teams across service lines and industries, managing web content, and participating in marketing learning and development initiatives. The Cloud Native Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in evaluating marketing support requests and determining the validity of activities to be included in the marketing program framework.
