About The Position

Infosys is seeking a Cloud Migration Specialist. This position's primary responsibility is to help drive the design, engineering, and deployment of foundational AWS/Azure cloud platform services for a large-scale, highly regulated financial services environment! This role is a strategic hands-on position, responsible for core services such as compute, storage, network, edge, load balancer, and enabling the platform for enterprise-wide adoption. You will architect, engineer, and operationalize AWS Landing Zones, Azure Landing Zones, automate infrastructure deployments, building a robust, scalable, and secure cloud platform foundation. The role holder should be able to research on technologies independently to recommend appropriate solutions & should contribute to technology-specific best practices & standards; contribute to success criteria from design through deployment, including, reliability, cost-effectiveness, performance, data integrity, maintainability and scalability; contributes expertise on significant application components, program languages, databases, operating systems, etc., and guides/mentors the team during the build and test phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS/Azure core services (EC2, EBS, S3, VPC, Direct Connect, Route53, ELB, CloudFront, WAF, or similar).
• Proven expertise in Terraform Infrastructure-as-Code, or cloud-native automation patterns.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with other cloud platforms and services.
• Experience in DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
