We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud IT Systems Engineer to deliver Tier 2/3 support in a modern, cloud-centric enterprise environment. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on expertise in Azure, Microsoft 365, macOS, and Windows, with proven experience managing endpoints using Intune and Kandji. This role requires a proactive, engineering-minded problem solver who can resolve complex technical issues, optimize system performance, and ensure a consistent and high-quality end-user experience across platforms. Fulltime/Onsite Huntington Beach, CA Salary - DOE 80K+ Job Description Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for end-user devices and enterprise applications. Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive. Integrate Microsoft 365 and Azure with third-party systems, including AI platforms, SSO, and security solutions. Administer and configure MDM platforms: o Microsoft Intune for Windows devices o Kandji for macOS devices Operate and maintain on-premises and Azure-based storage solutions for backup and data protection. Troubleshoot and resolve advanced endpoint issues across: o macOS environments (approximately 85% of endpoints) o Windows environments (approximately 15% of endpoints) Implement and enforce security policies, compliance standards, and device configurations. Collaborate closely with Tier 1 support teams and escalate complex issues when required. Monitor system health and performance; proactively recommend improvements. Support identity and access management and change management using Azure AD / Entra ID. Create and maintain clear documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
