The Cloud Identity and Access Management Engineer Lead position is an individual contributor technical leadership role on our IAM cloud security team. This position will own the strategic vision to define our roadmap and ensure delivery of our team's work. This position supports an established team of cloud security engineers. This role will require someone with strong public cloud platform experience (primarily Azure and AWS) which enables them to understand detailed IAM related topics. Examples include Azure Entra ID, Azure RBAC, Azure Conditional Access, managed identities, Azure MFA, AWS IAM, as well as other related general topics including TLS certificates, encryption keys and broader information security topics as well. The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days at one of the following locations: Minneapolis, MN.
