About The Position
SWK Technologies is dedicated to providing exceptional cloud solutions that enable businesses to enhance efficiency and security in their operations. We are seeking a Cloud Hosting Specialist to join our innovative team and contribute to delighting our clients. In this role, the Cloud Hosting Specialist is a hybrid NOC/Helpdesk role that focuses efforts on maintaining and supporting our hosting environment. As a hosting specialist, you will monitor and work on issues with mission critical infrastructure, provision and decommission virtual systems, and act as an escalation point for issues escalated from our general helpdesk.
