As a Cloud Health Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for recruiting new Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in your assigned sales territory. Your role will involve planning strategies and developing key relationships to ensure a strong foundation for selling CloudHealth solutions. You will maintain and promote relationships with MSP contacts to identify opportunities and address existing business challenges, ensuring customer satisfaction regarding cloud spend management and other value-added services. This position requires experience interacting with MSP partners and customers in a Cloud and SaaS environment, along with an extensive understanding of Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) pricing programs. You will need to develop a comprehensive plan for your territory and effectively market CloudHealth, leveraging your knowledge of hyperscalers. Additionally, you will prepare internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR), present strategic plans, and implement steps to grow sales, create demand, and improve customer service. Proficiency in sales tracking systems such as SalesForce.com, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and MEDDPIC is essential, as is the ability to build relationships with key contacts, including executives. This role includes participation in a sales compensation plan, with a portion of On-Target Earnings (OTE) being variable and tied to specific sales-related goals set by Arrow.
