About The Position
The Cloud GTM Deal Desk role will provide billing support and oversight on the contractual obligations between IBM Cloud and Kyndryl. In this role, the Cloud GTM Deal Desk focal will work closely with IBM Worldwide Pricing, CIO/Sprint billing team, Cloud Business Office (CBO), Finance and Q2C, to ensure billing accuracy monthly, cloud account transparency and discount accuracy as per the Kyndryl Amendment with IBM Cloud.
