About The Position
Cisco's Security Visibility and Incident Command team (SVIC) is looking for a Software Security Architect with extensive experience developing with/for cloud technologies and IaaS platforms such as Amazon Web Services. The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a 'take-charge' / 'can-do' attitude and is able to demonstrate flexibility and resiliency. Successful candidate must be self-sufficient and be able to work with minimal supervision. Work with geographically distributed teams across different time zones. A strong cloud developer who works with cross-functional teams to create internal security-monitoring products for cloud-hosted offerings on various IaaS platforms, also creating solutions for automatic deployment of said security products.
