About The Position

The Cloud Field Technology Program Manager will serve as a key partner and catalyst to the Cloud  Technical Sales teams. This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives, fostering innovation, and ensuring the seamless execution of field technology operations. The individual will collaborate closely with senior leadership, manage cross-functional projects, and lead efforts to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the field technology organization.

Requirements

  • 12+ years proven experience in a leadership role within a technology or field operations organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, technical product knowledge, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and lead complex projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities

  • Drive innovation within the field technology organization by identifying and implementing new technologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Lead the development and execution of technology roadmaps that support business objectives and enhance customer value.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging team members to explore new ideas and solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's overall vision and objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of field technology initiatives, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies, implementing changes as needed.
  • Ensure all field technology activities comply with NetApp's Code of Conduct, trade policies, and other relevant regulations.
  • Address potential conflicts of interest and ensure proper documentation and reporting of all transactions and agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Represent the field technology organization in meetings and presentations, effectively communicating strategic initiatives and progress.
