As an Executive Recruiter, you will focus on identifying and cultivating technical leadership talent who will help build, deliver, and drive our technologies and services. You will utilize various tools, resources and sourcing methodologies to uncover and engage the best talent, to develop meaningful long-lasting relationships, and ultimately match them with the leadership opportunities to which they are best aligned. In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to Google leaders with whom you partner, playing the role of a talent scout to uncover the very best talent in the market. You will develop search strategies and lead engagements to position Google for success today and well into the future. You will be passionate about innovating when it comes to talent, prioritizing and delivering incredible client service.
