About The Position

As a cloud computing application architect, you will create cloud-based technical architectures that meet client needs and leverage cloud capabilities. This role involves developing cloud-based solutions for mission-critical applications and products, addressing some of the nation’s toughest problems. You will utilize the latest cloud technologies, working with industry leaders to inform strategy and design, and ensuring standards are met throughout the cloud migration process. Responsibilities include recommending tools and solutions based on research of current environments and knowledge of various on-premises, cloud-based, and hybrid resources. You will collaborate with your team to help clients overcome difficult cloud challenges and grow your skills in areas like AI while developing critical systems for the defense industry.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with cloud engineering
• 3+ years of experience designing, developing, operationalizing, and maintaining systems in an enterprise-scale secure environment
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with scripting tools such as Python, Base, Ansible, or PowerShell
• Experience with IaC such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree
