About The Position

Everyone is trying to “harness the cloud,” but not everyone knows how. As a cloud computing application architect, you know how to create a cloud-based technical architecture that meets client needs and takes advantage of cloud capabilities. This role involves using cloud architecture skills to improve mission-critical applications and products, developing cloud-based solutions for national problems. It's an opportunity to utilize the latest cloud technologies to enhance client environments, inform strategy and design, and ensure standards during cloud migration. The role requires recommending tools and solutions based on research of current environments and knowledge of on-premise, cloud-based, and hybrid resources. You will collaborate with a team to help clients overcome cloud challenges and grow skills in areas like AI while developing critical systems for the defense industry.

Requirements

3+ years of experience with Cloud engineering
3+ years of experience designing, developing, operationalizing, and maintaining systems in an enterprise-scale secure environment
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Ability to develop with IaC such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK
Ability to develop with scripting tools such as Python, Base, Ansible, or PowerShell
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
