About The Position

As a cloud computing application architect, you know how to create a cloud-based technical architecture that meets client needs and takes advantage of cloud capabilities. On our team, you’ll help with the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and modern cloud solutions supporting data modernization initiatives. Additionally, you'll broaden your skill set in areas like automation, cloud-based security, and modern DevOps practices while developing critical systems that advance outcomes. Requirements

  • Experience with AWS
  • Experience working with microservices and containerization, including orchestration, cluster management, and container storage, including Docker, Kubernetes, or Rancher
  • Experience developing and deploying microservice architectures
  • Experience with Linux
  • Experience with scripting languages
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of experience with AWS
  • 1+ years of experience with Kubernetes
  • Experience with securing and hardening operating systems, applications, and containers
  • Experience with Terraform, Terragrunt, or other Infrastructure as Code
  • Experience with application performance analysis and monitoring, including Elasticsearch Logstash Kibana ( ELK ) , Pro met heus, and Grafana
  • Experience with an Agile release met hodology
  • Certified Kubernetes Application Developer, Kubernetes Administrator Certification , or Certified Terraform Asso cia te Certification

  • The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD).
  • The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
