About The Position
The role of a Cloud Delivery Specialist at SAP is a pivotal one in SAP's mission to help customers adopt SAP S/4HANA on their journey to becoming an Intelligent Enterprise. This customer -facing position involves safeguarding and optimizing customer investments in SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS). The Cloud Delivery Specialist will collaborate with Technical Service Managers, Customer Delivery Managers, and ECS internal service delivery to provide high -quality services throughout the customer lifecycle. Key responsibilities include understanding customer landscapes, supporting execution plans, analyzing technical requirements, presenting technical details, guiding customers on various technical aspects, and conducting technical and operational reviews. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor�s degree or higher in relevant areas, proficiency in customer communications, in -depth knowledge of SAP solutions, and expertise in SAP Business Warehouse on HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, and HANA Database. This role plays a vital part in SAP's commitment to helping customers work more efficiently and effectively while promoting diversity and inclusion within the company. The compensation range for this position is $102,800 -$214,400 USD.
