The engineer will complete analysis of business requirements related to technical infrastructure design and ensure traceability of the design to the business requirements. The position requires assessing testing requirements, preparing testing strategies, and preparing implementation and transition plans. This experienced level position requires developing a career in the field and gaining knowledge of industry practices. The individual will be responsible for understanding and applying risk management discipline in decision making and contributing to risk management functions.
