About The Position

ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering, Cybersecurity Solutions, Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis, and Management Services in order to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top-Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Expert-level Cloud Architect. The Cloud Architect serves as a key technical leader responsible for shaping, guiding, and advancing the organization’s cloud strategy in support of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). This role oversees the planning, design, and implementation of secure, scalable, and mission-aligned cloud architectures. The Expert Cloud Architect ensures that thorough analyses of cloud service alternatives are conducted and prioritized, enabling the Government to effectively architect business and mission solutions using cloud-based systems and services.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program, or equivalent Expert level work experience as a Cloud Architect.
• Expert-level (18+ years) experience in cloud-based systems architecting.
• One or more Cloud Certifications: Cloud Certified Solutions Architect AWS Certified Cisco Certified Networking Administrator – Cloud Cisco Certified Network Professional – Cloud IBM Certified Cloud Solution Architect MCSE Cloud Platform and Infrastructure VMware Certified Professional (VCP7-CMA)

Nice To Haves

• Previous working experience in government or industry, within Cloud Architect profession.
• Experience architecting solutions using structured and unstructured Big Data.
• Experience architecting solutions using Automation, Augmentation and Artificial Intelligence technologies.
• Experience architecting solutions using Model-Based Systems Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Drive Cloud Transformation: Lead and support cultural and organizational change initiatives that promote successful cloud adoption across NGA and related mission environments.
• Architect Cloud Solutions: Oversee the design, development, and coordination of integrated cloud architectures that meet NGA’s operational, security, and mission requirements.
• Strategic Cloud Planning: Develop and refine enterprise cloud strategies to guide the adoption, migration, and optimization of cloud-based solutions within NGA’s technical ecosystem.
• Leadership & Oversight: Provide technical direction, mentorship, and quality assurance for teams of Senior-, Mid-, and Junior-level Cloud Architects, ensuring alignment with NGA standards, enterprise policies, and best practices.
