As an Associate you will focus on learning and contributing to Agile transformation workstreams, supporting cloud adoption, and driving measurable benefits through innovative solutions. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year of experience
Nice To Haves
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or PMI-ACP SAFe Agilist (SA) or Leading SAFe Certification, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or Azure Administrator Associate, ITIL Foundation or equivalent IT governance certification
- Demonstrating abilities in Agile transformation and cloud adoption
- Supporting DevSecOps enablement and CI/CD pipeline design
- Facilitating client workshops to define transformation goals, product delivery frameworks, and Agile governance processes
- Designing and implementing DevOps and automation practices in hybrid or multi-cloud environments
- Contributing to proposal development and client pursuits focused on Agile and Cloud transformation
- Developing Agile metrics and dashboards to measure transformation progress
