About The Position
The Cloud Adoption Specialist - Google serves as the primary point of contact for post-sales cloud activities for SHI cloud customers. This role focuses on supporting customers in their cloud adoption journey, suggesting operational and security improvements, and promoting additional SHI services that can benefit the customer. The specialist conducts business reviews with client stakeholders and SHI account teams to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for increased Google consumption and services.
