About The Position

The Clothing Sales Associate at Sportsman's Warehouse is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the clothing department. The associate will assist with merchandise processing and communicate customer requests to management, contributing to a friendly shopping environment.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills are required.

• Must be able to work well independently and in teams.
• Must have weekend (Saturday-Sunday) availability.

Nice To Haves

• A high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma are recommended.
• Sales training provided by Sportsman's Warehouse is required.

Responsibilities

• Approach each customer using the 5 non-negotiable Friedman Sales Training Steps.
• Keep the department clean, faced, and straight at all times.
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
• Communicate customer requests to management.
• Perform other tasks as necessary and assigned by management, which may include assisting in other departments.
