About The Position

The Clothing Creative Designer at Prince Royal, Inc. is responsible for leading the design process of new clothing collections, focusing on Middle Eastern-style clothing and culturally inspired fashion. This role involves market research, creative concept generation, technical drawing creation, and collaboration with production and marketing teams to ensure designs are both feasible and marketable.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fashion design.
• Ability to develop authentic Middle Eastern-style clothing and culturally inspired fashion.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of fashion trends and interpret them in a way that aligns with the brand's aesthetic.
• Generate creative ideas and concepts for new collections, including sketching designs and selecting fabrics, colors, patterns, and textures.
• Create detailed technical drawings and design specifications for production.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and within budget.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials that accurately represent the designs.
• Oversee the development of prototypes and samples, making adjustments to designs as needed based on fit, quality, and overall aesthetic.
• Present design concepts to senior management or clients, explaining the inspiration, vision, and practicality of each design.
