Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have reliable transportation and excellent punctuality.
- Strong ability to work fast, stay organized, and follow directions.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and be coached.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with standing for long periods and performing physical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Follow manager prep lists and closing procedures with accuracy.
- Prepare and decorate cookies to Crumbl’s standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests.
- Work efficiently to maintain fast ticket times without sacrificing quality.
- Ensure all orders are accurate and fulfilled promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Complete end-of-day cleaning tasks (staying approx. 1 hour after close).
