About The Position

The Closing Team Leader at Target is responsible for ensuring that the store finishes strong each night by prioritizing guest service and leading the team through closing routines. This role involves understanding the business vision, driving sales, and fostering a guest-first culture. The Closing Team Leader will work closely with other leaders to achieve common goals and ensure operational efficiency across the store.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Effective communication skills.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.
